All our employees have Individual Development Plans (IDPs) which are integrated with learning and development programs into our online learning environment - Learning Campus.
Leadership and talent development
Leadership development is a priority focus for our business. To sustain and grow our business, we are investing in the development of our current and future leaders. Our leadership and talent development philosophy is built on the understanding that successful organisations do not wait for leaders to appear, but they identify leadership potential early and develop these individuals.
Our approach to leadership and talent development is consistent across the Group, with our businesses offering broadly similar leadership initiatives.
In 2006, we became members of the Globally Responsibile Leadership Initiative (GRLI) in recognition of the need to proactively engage NAB people leaders at various stages of their development in the issues of global social responsibility. GRLI is a collaboration between business and business schools committed to developing the next generation of globally responsible leaders.
